Roger joined Baron in 2014 as a director of financial institutions. From 2009 to 2014, he was a vice president, director of platform development at Goldman Sachs & Co. From 2006 to 2009, Roger was employed at J.P. Morgan Securities as an executive director of prime brokerage. From 1997 to 2005, he was a director of institutional equity sales at UBS Investment Bank. From 1990 to 1997, Roger was employed at Oppenheimer Capital as a vice president, associate portfolio manager. From 1988 to 1990, he was a financial consultant at Shearson Lehman Hutton, Inc.  Roger graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. from the College of Applied Science and Technology in 1984 and from New York University Stern School of Business with an M.B.A. in 1996.
