Roger joined Baron in 2014 as a director of financial institutions. From 2009 to 2014, he was a vice president, director of platform development at Goldman Sachs. From 2006 to 2009, Roger was employed at J.P. Morgan Securities as an executive director of prime brokerage. From 1997 to 2005, he was a director of institutional equity sales at UBS Investment Bank. From 1990 to 1997, Roger was employed at Oppenheimer Capital as a vice president, associate portfolio manager. From 1988 to 1990, he was a financial consultant at Shearson Lehman Hutton, Inc.  Roger graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. from the College of Applied Science and Technology in 1984 and from New York University Stern School of Business with an M.B.A. in 1996.
