Biography
Seth joined Baron Capital in 2020 as a research analyst and has 12 years of equity research and investing experience. He also has 2 years of fixed income experience. From 2016 to 2020, he worked at Hardman Johnston Global Advisors as an equity analyst focused on the Consumer Discretionary and Consumer Staples sectors. From 2012 to 2016, he was an associate equity analyst at John W. Bristol & Co. From 2008 to 2012, he worked at AllianceBernstein first as an associate portfolio manager and then as a high yield research associate. He started his career at BlackRock in 2007 as an analyst in the trading and analytical group. Seth graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2007.
