Claudia joined Baron in 2006 as a member of the Sales department and was named manager of portfolio and risk analytics in 2007. From 1998 to 2004, Claudia worked at FleetBoston Corporation as a senior associate and was named vice president of the Structuring and Advisory group, as well as the National Mid-Cap Underwriting group in 2004. Claudia graduated from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello with a B.S. in Economics in 1991 and from MIT Sloan School of Management with an M.B.A. in 1997.
