Biography
Ishay joined Baron Capital in 2015 as a research analyst and has 10 years of research experience. In 2020, he was named assistant portfolio manager of Baron Opportunity Fund. From 2014 to 2015, he worked at Hudson Bay Capital Management as a vice president on the direct investing desk. Ishay graduated with honors from Haifa University in Israel with a B.A. in Multidisciplinary Studies in 2011 and from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an M.B.A. in 2014.
