From 2015 to 2016, she worked at China Life Franklin Asset Management as and marketing associate. Joy graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University with a B.S. in Geographic Information Systems in 2015, from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a B.S. in Geomatics in 2015, and from Columbia Business School with an M.B.A. in 2023.
