Biography
Katya joined Baron Capital in 2020 as the head of business development. From 2018 to 2020, she was a senior managing director at Key Square Capital Management, where she ran sales, marketing, and investor relations. From 2002 to 2018, she worked at Goldman Sachs, where she was a managing director and head of NY Capital Introduction. Katya graduated from Harvard College, where she was a John Harvard Scholar, with an honors degree in Economics in 2002.
