Biography
Lauren joined Baron Capital in 2022 as a research analyst and has 16 years of experience. In 2012 she co-founded AF Ventures, a venture capital firm, and was managing partner until 2021. From 2005 to 2010, she was an investment banker in UBS’ Consumer Product and Retail Group. Lauren graduated from Harvard College cum laude with an A.B. in Economics in 2005 and with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an M.B.A. in 2012.
