Baron Capital’s team of portfolio managers, analysts, and special guests are ready to share unique insights into the current market environment, their investment thinking, and potential growth investment opportunities in 2024.
This year we are celebrating the 30th anniversary of Baron Capital’s Annual Investment Conference. You won’t want to miss presentations from our Co-founder, President, and COO Linda Martinson, and Ron Baron, Founder and CEO.
The Conference will once again feature surprise, live performances during the lunch break and at the Conference finale. Some of the past entertainers have included Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Lady Gaga, and Bruno Mars. This year’s entertainment will be another one to remember!
Seating is limited, and seats will not be guaranteed until registration has been validated by Baron Capital.
Please review the registration steps carefully, and register early.
Step One
Register online.
Step Two
Baron Capital will review registration and validate eligibility.
Step Three
Upon validation, an acceptance email is sent containing a confirmation number and QR code.
Please read carefully, as our registration and check-in have changed.
Three easy steps.
1. Register: Attendees must complete an online registration form. Online registration will begin August 14, 2023 and will close November 3, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Registration is online only.
2. Validation: Baron Capital will validate registrations once the eligibility requirements have been reviewed. Missing or incorrect data may delay the validation process. Shareholders who hold accounts with a Brokerage Firm must be able to provide an account statement during or post registration for account validation. If we are unable to validate all eligibility requirements, we will not accept the registration, and the individual will be ineligible to attend the Conference.
3. Acceptance: Once registration has been validated, the individual will receive a confirmation email containing a confirmation number and QR code. The confirmation email is a digital ticket to enter the Baron Investment Conference. Attendees will also have the option to enter the Baron Investment Conference with a printout of the confirmation email.
We encourage all registrants to use the Baron Capital Event App. The App is the best way to stay connected to everything happening at the Baron Investment Conference. The App provides access to the agenda, speaker bios, your QR code for check-in, seat assignment, and more. The App will be available October 2, 2023, for download on Apple and Android devices.
Check-in kiosks will open at 6:30 a.m. ET on Friday, November 10, 2023. Attendees will use our digital ticketing platform by scanning the QR code in their confirmation email at any check-in kiosk. An entry badge will be printed with the attendee’s seat assignment. Staff will be on-site to check government-issued photo IDs and to assist attendees during the entry process. Badges are not transferrable and will be scanned at all entry points.
We are no longer offering Preferred Seating. Seating will be preassigned based on the date registration is validated and the value of the shareholder's Baron Funds account.
Due to the increase in registrations and the allotted space at The Metropolitan Opera House, Preferred Seating cannot be accommodated. The Metropolitan Opera House is an intimate theater where all seats on all levels provide a view of the stage.
Seat assignments will not be provided in advance. Seat assignments will be provided at check-in on the printed name badge on November 10. If a registration is validated with a guest, the seats will be linked. Seating will be held until 9:00 a.m. ET at which time the seat will be released. Seating requests or changes will not be permitted.
There is no guarantee of a seat in The Metropolitan Opera House. View-only seating will be available.
During registration, attendees will select their first and second choice of lunch entertainment. Lincoln Center venues have limited seating, and attendees may not be able to attend their first choice. The assigned lunch venue will be printed on the attendee badge. Box lunches will be provided upon entry to the selected lunch venue.
Additional information regarding the registration process, conference day check-in, and other important logistics for attending can be found in the FAQ. To reach Baron Capital staff, call 1-800-99-BARON, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET or email conference@baronfunds.com.
